Without doubt, the diagnosis your pathologist's makes impacts your clinical decision-making. Is the diagnosis accurate? Does your patient need additional surgery because of tumor recurrence or the imaging features corroborated with the tissue diagnosis are those of pseudo-progression? What chemotherapy to offer?
